We are open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and closed on Sunday, Eastern Time. Email sent outside those hours is answered on the next business day; we aim to reply within one business day, and if a question needs more than a first reply we come back within 3 business days.

Which channel for what

Use the phone for anything time-sensitive — checking that a size is on the floor before you drive over, or changing an order that has not shipped yet. Use email for returns, exchanges, order status and anything that needs a photo or an order number attached; put the order number in the subject line and it moves faster. Come to the store if you want to try a fit, since the same merchandise listed here is on the rail there.
