How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $8.99, and it is free on orders over $65. Express shipping is $13. Both rates are for delivery within the United States and are shown again at checkout before you pay.
When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are processed the same day; anything after that cutoff is processed the next business day. Saturday orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time are processed on Monday, and we are closed on Sunday.
What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it. The item needs to come back unworn and with its tags on, and an email to support@originalfashionco.com starts the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays return shipping, except when the error is ours. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping in full.
Is there a restocking fee?
No. There is no restocking fee on any return.
How do I exchange something for a different size?
Email support@originalfashionco.com with your order number and the size you want, within the same 30-day window. Exchanges follow the same return rules, so return shipping is on the customer unless the mistake was ours.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry alpha sizes from XXS through XL and numeric sizes from 0 through 18, with petite and long lengths on the styles that offer them. Each product page lists the sizes available for that particular item; see the Size Guide for what the letters and numbers mean.
Can I buy in the store instead?
Yes. Original Fashion is a women's clothing store at 2098 NW 20th St #5, Miami, FL 33142, open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and closed on Sunday, Eastern Time. The merchandise listed on this site is the merchandise on the rail.
How long does it take to get an answer?
We aim to reply to email within one business day. If your question is not resolved on that first reply, it is escalated and we come back within 3 business days.
Do you ship outside the United States?
The rates published above cover delivery within the United States. For anywhere else, email support@originalfashionco.com before ordering and we will tell you whether we can ship to you and what it would cost.
